On Registration, you must agree and abide by the following conditions:
Declaration
I declare :
- that I am legally entitled to use the craft above in its State of Registration and any other person using my craft is equally entitled to do so, and
- that my hovercraft is currently registered.
I will:
- satisfy all of the requirements (in relation to myself , my hovercraft and any person piloting it) imposed on me by the AHA,
- ensure my hovercraft meets the AHA Safety Standards,
- accept any decisions made by the organisers of the event regarding myself or my craft’s participation and
- take full financial responsibility for the participation of my craft at this event.
